We reserve the right to refuse service, for any reason, at any time.
To agree to these Terms and Conditions you hereby agree to have read our Care guide.
Returns Policy
We guarantee our plants for a period of 10 days after delivery, providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate.
We do not compensate damage that is considered reasonable transit stress, for example:
Minor folds in leaves
A proportionally small loss in foliage compared to the size of plant.
There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 10 days after receipt. Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
Failure to adhere to our care guide will also render our guarantee null and void.
If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us at orders@therareplantshop.co.uk and provide images of the plant within 10 days of delivery. You will be required to ship the plant in the original substrate pot (if applicable) and packaging back to us for a full refund including return shipping.
We do not accept returns of plants in inadequate packaging such as envelopes or boxes that are too small for the plant.
We kindly ask that you do not ship plants to us in a manner that you would not like us to ship them to you.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a return and/or refund.
Refunds and/or replacements will be given at our discretion.
We do not accept returns of goods at the value of £1,500 or more. In the event that goods above this value are found to be damaged - we will replace the goods once we are in receipt of the damaged product.
Please note we are not responsible for any import duties or inspection charges that may be incurred as part of shipping internationally. We reserve the right replace/refund any plants lost due to customs delays at our discretion.
We will not be held responsible for failed delivery attempts or damage to the plants as a result of this.
When refunding an order, we reserve the right to deny reimbursement of shipping fees.
When purchasing a plant from us, you are hereby agreeing to these terms outlined above.

Where you provide us with data online it is stored securely by Squarespace. Squarespace is the provider of our website hosting, content management system and e-commerce platform.
